Today we continue our series on future trends in web development and usage by focusing on how we organize, search, and share information online.
One trend is clear: we are putting information on the web at an increasingly faster rate:
- Twitter reports tweets per day went from under 50 million a day in 2010 to over 110 million a day now.
- At the end of 2009, Facebook had 350 million users. At the end of 2010, there were over 600 million.
