Happy Holidays from Alter Imaging

Despite the influx of Valentine’s Day merchandise already on store shelves, Alter Imaging is still recovering from our annual holiday soiree held in late December at Fox and Hound in Uptown Charlotte. The entire agency Dream Team, plus their spouses and special someones, were in attendance. And the night was legendary.

Susanne, boss lady and party planner extraordinaire, organized several awesome door prizes and party games to start the evening off with a fun and festive note. Lucky AI employees received gift certificates entitling them to paid lunches at any restaurant of their choosing, massages given by their coworkers and iTunes gift cards. Then Susanne made everyone cut and decorate Xmas trees out of construction paper–with their hands behind their backs–which proved to be a daunting task for some of the non-creatives in attendance.

But the highlight of the party was definitely the white elephant game, and this year’s bounty set a new standard for the tasteless, tacky and just plain silly gifts this game is known for. Some of the better items included a fire safe, a Twilight: New Moon blanket featuring a shirtless Taylor Lautner and—the most coveted gift of all—Handerpants.

More holiday hijinks ensued throughout the night, including a cutthroat game of 3-ball pool, an impromptu dance-off and a seemingly NSFW (Not Suitable For Work) but actually quite innocent round of the infamous Dirty Minds game. A fabulous time was had by all, and it was the perfect way for the Alter Imaging family to celebrate the season.
